using factory default settings and a static dial; High-precision sleep
monitoring, sleep breathing quality monitoring, all-day stress
monitoring and all-day blood oxygen monitoring turned off; Daily every
10 minutes heart rate detection and message notifications (100 messages,
2 calls, and 3 alarms a day) turned on; Wrist raised to engage the
screen 200 times a day; manually starting the app to sync data once a
day; 15 minutes of Bluetooth calls every week; and using to record
exercise for 90 minutes each week.

battery life on heavy usage was tested with the watch: fully charged;
using factory default settings and a static dial; High-precision sleep
